Cancelling or Rearranging
If you need to cancel or rearrange a booked session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations
Appointments cancelled or rearranged with less than 48 hours' notice are charged at the full session fee.
Advance Payment
Appointments and assessments are payable in advance unless a different arrangement has been agreed directly with the clinic.
Assessment Payment Arrangements
In some circumstances, assessment fees may be divided into two or three payments made before the assessment takes place. Please contact the clinic before booking if you would like to discuss this option.
